Unstop, a talent engagement and hiring platform, has entered into an agreement to acquire PerspectAI, expanding its product suite with talent signals designed to measure employability and future potential. The transaction terms were not disclosed.
PerspectAI’s approach combines Game Science, Data Science and People Science, using psychometrics, cognitive and behavioural sciences, and AI to understand how people think, learn and solve problems, generating indicators of employability, role fit and workplace performance. The company serves enterprise clients including Aditya Birla Capital, Tata Sons, Swiggy and Motilal Oswal, across banking, education, manufacturing and consumer technology sectors.
Following completion, PerspectAI’s founders and its engineering, quality and applied psychology teams will join Unstop. Co-founder and CEO Jignesh Talasila will lead Unstop’s expansion into education and government segments, while co-founder and CTO Suraj Vanka will join Unstop’s product leadership team. Unstop plans to make PerspectAI’s tools available across its customer base, including campus recruiters and enterprise hiring teams, while also bringing its own talent engagement solutions to PerspectAI’s enterprise customers.
