Spill Games Raises USD 3.1 Mn in Seed Funding Round
Mobile gaming startup Spill Games has raised USD 3.1 million in a seed funding round co-led by Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital. The Bengaluru-based company had earlier secured USD 750,000 in December 2024 from investors including All In Capital, M-League, and several angel backers.
Founded in July 2024 by Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan, and Harsh Garg, Spill Games focuses on developing casual and puzzle games for a global audience. The company said the fresh capital will be used to expand its portfolio of live and upcoming titles, strengthen its in-house technology stack, and selectively grow its team.
Spill Games uses its proprietary Spillway engine and internal tools to streamline game development. According to the company, this setup enables faster production cycles, allowing it to launch games more quickly than traditional studios while improving operational efficiency.
The startup currently has five live titles, including Cozy Finds, Sticker by Number, and Zen Math Crossword. It noted that three of these games have achieved positive unit economics.
Over the next 18 months, Spill Games plans to test more than 20 new prototypes across casual and hybrid-casual categories, while also exploring additional monetisation avenues beyond its current ad-led model, including in-app purchases.

Its offerings include adapID-AI, a behavioural identity intelligence platform, and BotShield-AI, which addresses zero-day threats, DDoS mitigation, and runtime application security.
The startup reported a threefold increase in closing ARR from FY25 to FY26 and expects further growth in the coming years. It serves clients across BFSI, fintech, and enterprise sectors, including several banks and infrastructure organisations.
Ethnic Wear Brand Alaya By Stage3 Secures Fresh Capital
