Rentomojo Limited will open its initial public offer for subscription on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, with a price band of Rs 384 to 404 per equity share, the company said.

The bid/offer period will close on Friday, September 11, with the anchor investor bidding date set for Tuesday, September 8. Bids can be made for a minimum of 37 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale of up to 2,73,65,529 equity shares by existing shareholders. The face value of each share is Re 1. At the upper end of the price band, the offer for sale alone is valued at around Rs 1,105 crore.

Net proceeds from the fresh issue will go toward repayment or prepayment of outstanding borrowings, payment of lease rental and licence fees for the company’s warehouses and experience stores, and general corporate purposes.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Axis Capital and IIFL Capital Services are the book running lead managers to the offer.
