Hang Ten Systems has raised an additional USD 53 million in seed funding led by Xora, a Temasek-backed fund, bringing its total funding to USD 85 million. Mayfield, which led the company’s first seed round, and Aramco Ventures also participated. Other investors include Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Micron Technology chairman and CEO Sanjay Mehrotra, and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang, who has joined Hang Ten’s board of directors.
Hang Ten Systems provides advisory, transformation and applied-AI services to large enterprises, using a native-AI delivery model built on agentic code generation, a reusable skills library and domain expertise. Its work spans software development, finance analytics, enterprise migrations and human resources.
The company’s two seed rounds closed five weeks apart. In that time, Hang Ten signed several multi-million-dollar contracts across advisory and development engagements with global enterprises, with delivery underway for several projects and completed for a few others. The new capital will fund delivery capacity for ongoing engagements, expand the company’s engineering and consulting teams, and support continued development of its platform and agentic skills library.
Hang Ten is working with Aramco on applications across several of its business functions, and with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, which has widened the scope of its engagement with the company after an initial two-month project.
“AI can be the most powerful amplifier we have ever built. But in the enterprise, AI’s power must go hand-in-hand with reliability. At Hang Ten, we bring the power of AI to the world’s most important businesses, with systems they can depend on,” said Dr. Vishal Sikka, Founder and CEO, Hang Ten Systems.
