The proposed IPO marks a strategic pivot toward the retail market, with Cremica planning to broaden its product categories beyond condiments to include snacks and ready-to-eat meals, scaling across its existing distribution network of over 220,000 retail touchpoints. The company reported revenue of approximately INR 450 crore for the current fiscal period, with EBITDA in the range of INR 65-70 crore.

Alongside its domestic retail push, Cremica is prioritising international expansion, with plans to begin exporting products to the United Kingdom and further intentions to serve international quick-service restaurant chains across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
