Cradlewise, an AI-first consumer health and wellness company focused on infant and child sleep, has raised USD 12 million in Series A funding led by 3one4 Capital and Prudent Investment Management. The capital will go toward growth, channel expansion, product R&D and geographic expansion into the US.

Founded in 2019 by Radhika Patil and Bharath Patil, Cradlewise has developed AI-enabled cribs that combine sensing, learning and soothing in a closed-loop system, using multi-sensor data on movement, sound and sleep state to intervene before a baby fully wakes, saving parents up to two hours of effort a day. The technology is backed by patents on its hardware and sensing systems, with over 75 million hours of sleep data powering detection and personalisation. Its Pune manufacturing facility produces, tests and packs thousands of cribs each month.

“Cradlewise came from our own experience of sleepless nights as parents. This round allows us to reach more families, expand access, and build products that continue to support the sleep journey as children grow,” said Radhika Patil, Co-founder and CEO, Cradlewise.

“Radhika and Bharath have built a differentiated sleep system with strong unit economics and a roadmap that can extend the customer relationship beyond infancy,” said Anand Batra, Investments Team, 3one4 Capital.

With this round, Cradlewise has raised a total of USD 26 million, backed by Sean O’Sullivan Ventures, Footwork VC, Charles River Ventures, 3one4 Capital and Prudent Investment Management. The company plans to expand beyond the crib with software-led sleep routines, additional hardware, lower-priced entry points and reusable sensing modules, extending its focus from the 0–24-month infant window into later childhood.

Radix Capital Advisors, led by Abhishek Taparia, was Cradlewise’s investment banking advisor for the round.
