Actor and entrepreneur Bhuvam Bam launched Sarkar, a premium Indian fragrance brand co-founded with Neel Gogia, Rohit Raj and Jag Chima. Developed over nearly three years, the brand aims to offer premium, parfum-strength fragrances at accessible price points for Indian consumers.
Sarkar’s debut collection features four unisex perfumes priced between INR 1,000 and INR 2,000.
Bhuvan Bam, Co-Founder, Sarkar, said: “Sarkar was never about creating a fragrance brand for a moment. It was about building a brand with a distinct identity and a long-term vision. Fragrance has always been a powerful form of expression, and we wanted to create something that people connect with because of what it represents.”
The brand taps into the market that bridges the gap between mass-market products and luxury fragrances. It claims its products are not compromised on quality, formulation or experience.
“Our ambition isn’t simply to launch a brand, but to build one that earns lasting consumer trust through consistency, craftsmanship and thoughtful innovation.,” said Neel Gogia, Co-Founder of IPLIX Media, Layers and Sarkar.
The fragrances are ‘The International Fragrance Association’ (IFRA)-compliant and have been formulated in France and Spain.
