Bakingo Raises INR100 Cr at INR1,643 Cr Valuation
Bakingo raises INR 100 crore in Series B from Faering Capital at a 2.6X valuation jump to INR 1,643 crore.

Bakingo, an online bakery startup founded in 2017 by Himanshu Chawla, Shrey Sehgal and Suman Patra, has raised INR 100 crore in a Series B funding round from existing investor Faering Capital, according to filings with the Registrar of Companies.
Bakingo currently operates more than 100 kitchens across over 30 cities and offers more than 400 cake designs.
The round was raised through the allotment of 7,436 Series B preference shares at an issue price of INR1,34,477 per share by FA Gifts Pvt Ltd, the parent company of Bakingo. The company will use the fresh capital for general business requirements, growth and expansion. Following the allotment, Faering Capital holds a 26.31% stake in Bakingo.
The latest round values Bakingo at around INR1,643 crore, compared with its previous valuation of INR627 crore during its Series A round. This represents a 2.6X increase in valuation.
The company has not yet filed its FY26 financial results. In FY25, Bakingo reported INR300 crore in revenue from operations and a loss of INR16.5 crore, according to its standalone financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies.
Faering Capital had previously invested USD16 million in Bakingo in November 2023. The latest investment marks the investor’s second disclosed funding round in the company.
