AceVector Limited’s initial public offering will open for bidding on September 25, 2026, and close on September 29, with the price band fixed at INR 30 to INR 32 per equity share of face value INR1. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date will be September 24. Bids can be made for a minimum of 468 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The offer comprises a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 287 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 4,15,62,500 equity shares by existing shareholders. The offer-for-sale includes up to 2,76,07,082 shares from promoter Starfish I Pte. Ltd., along with shares from Nexus India Direct Investments II, FIH Business Global Pte. Ltd., Nexus Opportunity Fund, Nexus Ventures III, Rupen Investment and Industries, and Centaurus Trading and Investments. Individual selling shareholders include Kenneth Stuart Glass, Jason Ashok Kothari, Laurent Bernard Amouyal, Misha Kohli, Radhika Gupta and Nalin Luis Moniz.

Net proceeds from the fresh issue will go toward marketing and business promotion for the company’s Marketplace business, funding its technology infrastructure costs, and inorganic growth through acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The offer will follow the book-building process, with not less than 75% reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers, not more than 15% for Non-Institutional Bidders, and not more than 10% for Retail Individual Bidders. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE, with NSE as the designated stock exchange. IIFL Capital Services, CLSA India and Systematix Corporate Services are the book-running lead managers to the offer.
