NDude Labs, a healthcare and wellness-focused investment firm operating in India and the United States, has made a strategic growth investment in Nutriventia, a science-led Indian nutraceutical ingredients company. The investment will fund Nutriventia’s R&D pipeline, global commercial expansion, and its proprietary ingredient technology platform.

Nutriventia’s branded ingredient portfolio includes TurmXTRA, a low-dose turmeric ingredient for musculoskeletal and joint health; CaffXtend, a natural caffeine-led alertness ingredient; Melotime, a sustained-release melatonin ingredient for sleep; Ashwanova (Prolanza), a root-only Ashwagandha ingredient for stress relief; and C-Fence, a long-acting vitamin C ingredient, with ALAXTRA, an alpha lipoic acid ingredient, set to launch soon.

The company’s ingredients currently reach formulators and wellness brands across the US, Europe, Australia, South Korea and Japan.

The investment reflects a broader shift in the nutraceutical industry, as international brands move from commodity supply toward clinically validated, evidence-backed formulations. According to MarketsandMarkets, the global nutraceutical ingredients market is valued at USD 108.33 billion in 2026 and is projected to reach USD 161.53 billion by 2031.

Investec served as financial advisor to Nutriventia on the transaction, with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Stratage Law Partners as legal counsel and PwC as due diligence advisor.

“Nutriventia is exactly the kind of business we want to back at NDude Labs: science-led, innovation-driven and built in India with the potential to lead its category globally,” said Nitin Thakor, Managing Director, NDude Labs.
