India’s startup funding landscape recorded USD 150.6 million across 19 equity rounds during August 28–September 3, compared to USD 168.3 million across 15 rounds in the previous week, a decline of 10.53%, according to the latest Tracxn data. Funding was down 57.99% compared to the week before that, which saw USD 358.6 million raised across 17 rounds.
The week’s funding activity was largely driven by early-stage funding, which accounted for USD 70.8 million, while late-stage companies raised USD 60 million and seed-stage startups raised USD 19.8 million. The week also witnessed two tech IPOs and one acquisition.

1. Ultrahuman Ultrahuman develops wearable health monitors and metabolic glucose tracking devices.
