Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised INR 50 crore in a fresh funding round at an undisclosed valuation. The round was led and managed by Abhishek Misra, SKG Asset Management and Unistone Capital, with participation from Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, Brijesh Parekh Family Office, SKG Fund and other investors.
“We remain focused on building scalable electric mobility solutions that create long-term value for our customers, partners, and investors,” said Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility.
The latest fundraise comes two months after the electric commercial vehicle maker raised another INR 50 crore from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office and Vanshika Sharma.
OSM will use the latest funding to increase manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, expand its dealer and service network, and meet operating expenses. The company is also evaluating a potential public listing.
Founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, OSM manufactures electric cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, electric two-wheelers and electric light commercial vehicles. It has manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and operates 150 touchpoints across India. The company plans to increase this network to 250 by FY28.
OSM reported revenue of about INR 333 crore in FY26, up 13% year-on-year, and turned PAT positive during the year.
The company is also evaluating expansion into Africa. In August 2025, it announced plans to establish its first overseas manufacturing facility in Jafza, Dubai.
