A91 Partners Sells INR 445 Cr Stake in Atomberg

A91 Partners sells nearly ₹445 crore worth of Atomberg shares while retaining a 21.02% stake ahead of the startup’s proposed IPO.

A91 Partners has sold shares worth around INR 445 crore in consumer appliances startup Atomberg Technologies, according to the company’s draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed ahead of its proposed initial public offering (IPO).

A91 had invested around INR 143 crore in Atomberg through primary and secondary transactions. Of this, about ₹118 crore was invested as primary capital and INR 25 crore through secondary purchases. Despite the stake sale, A91 remains Atomberg’s largest shareholder with a 21.02% stake.

A91’s investment in Atomberg dates back to 2019, when it led the company’s Series A round. It also participated in the Series B round in 2020.

Overall, Atomberg’s early investors, founders and other shareholders have sold shares worth around INR 683 crore through secondary transactions since 2019. Parampara Early-Stage Opportunities Fund sold shares worth about INR 116 crore, while co-founders Manoj Meena and Sibabrata Das also sold part of their holdings.

Atomberg has proposed a INR 450 crore fresh issue as part of its IPO. The company reported INR 1,293.77 crore in revenue from operations in FY26, up 34.8% from ₹959.51 crore in FY25. Its net loss stood at ₹149 crore during the year.
