Instant household services startup Pronto has extended its Series B funding round to USD 45 million after securing an additional USD 20 million investment from investor Lachy Groom.
With the latest funding, the company’s valuation has reached USD 200 million, nearly doubling within about a month.
The fresh investment comes soon after Pronto closed the first tranche of its Series B round at USD 25 million. Existing investors in the company include General Catalyst, Bain Capital Ventures, Glade Brook Capital Partners, Epiq Capital and Lachy Groom. So far, the startup has raised nearly USD 60 million in total funding.
Founded in 2025 by Anjali Sardana, Pronto offers instant household services by connecting customers with trained and background-verified professionals. The platform provides services such as cleaning, laundry, utensil washing, meal preparation, car washing and gardening.
According to the company, daily bookings have increased significantly in recent months. The startup said bookings have grown to around 26,000 per day from nearly 18,000 after the first close of the Series B round. This translates to close to 780,000 monthly bookings.
Pronto also reported rapid growth in its workforce. The number of service professionals on the platform has increased from 1,440 in January to around 6,500 over the last four months. The company added that its platform is currently operating at more than 65 percent utilisation.
Founder and CEO Anjali Sardana said, “Organising informal labor is going to be one of the defining shifts of the next decade in services. It is also one of the harder problems in the consumer economy.”
She further added, “The longer-term vision of Pronto is to be the world’s largest labor organisation platform.”
Pronto plans to strengthen its presence in existing cities over the next six months and expand services such as car washing, gardening and home cooking in select Bengaluru micromarkets.
Pronto competes with Urban Company and Snabbit in the household services segment.
