Deep-tech startup Ctruh has raised USD 2.5 million in a seed funding round co-led by Inflection Point Ventures and Avinya Ventures, with participation from India Accelerator, Founder’s Avenue, Anthill Ventures, Finvolve, LVX, Vivek Sinha, and Shivakumar Ganesan.
The Bengaluru-based company had previously secured USD 2 million in January 2023 from investors Pankaj Jain and Dharmendra Jain.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen research and development, drive product innovation, and support the company’s plans for international expansion.
Founded in 2022 by Vinay Agastya, Ctruh operates in the emerging space of artificial intelligence, 3D, and extended reality (XR). The startup has developed a browser-native 3D engine, VersaAI, which enables users to convert images, text, and video into 3D assets without requiring specialised hardware or downloads.
Ctruh also offers Commverse Studio, a platform that allows brands to create and deploy 3D and XR experiences. The platform integrates content creation, deployment, commerce, and analytics into a single ecosystem.
The company caters to multiple sectors including retail, e-commerce, real estate, automotive, education, and healthcare. It operates in a competitive landscape alongside players such as mirrAR, Eccentric, Metadome.ai, and Trezithe.
Ctruh is planning to expand its presence into international markets, including the United States and the UAE, in 2026.
