Raise Fintech Ventures Private Limited, the parent company of stock broking platform Dhan, is set to acquire wealthtech startup Infinyte Club, according to Entrackr reports. This would mark the second acquisition for the Pravin Jadhav-led firm in the past 15 months, signalling its continued expansion in financial services.
“This will be a 100% acquisition, and Infinyte co-founder Ankita Tandon will head Raise Financial’s wealth management arm,” said a source familiar with the development. Tandon brings prior experience from roles at Unacademy, Zivame, and CouponDunia.
Founded in 2023 by Ankita Tandon and Joylita Saldanha, Infinyte Club focuses on enabling access to private market investments and solving ESOP liquidity challenges for early-stage startup employees.
The startup has raised over USD 3.6 million from investors, including Elevation Capital and prominent angel investors such as Kunal Shah and Vidit Aatrey.
According to another source, “The terms of the deal have been finalised, but approval from Raise’s board is still pending. The transaction will be a mix of cash and stock, valuing Infinyte Club at USD 13–15 million.”
Raise Financial has seen strong growth in recent years. The company turned unicorn in October last year after raising USD 120 million in a Series B round. Its revenue rose to INR 877 crore in FY25, while profit increased significantly to INR 408 crore.
Earlier, in January 2025, Raise acquired financial media startup Filter Coffee, adding to its ecosystem that includes platforms like Valuationary and Moneylicious.
The acquisition of Infinyte Club is expected to strengthen Raise’s presence in wealth management. By adding private market access and ESOP liquidity solutions, the company aims to expand beyond public market investing and cater to startup employees and high-growth company stakeholders.
