Commercial vehicle platform 91trucks has acquired Motorfloor and Trucksfloor, two mobility-focused platforms operated by Bhubaneswar-based Indiyanet, in a move that reflects ongoing consolidation in the digital commercial vehicles ecosystem.
Announcing the development, Indiyanet founder Subrat Kar said the partnership marks the next phase of growth for the platforms. He noted that both Motorfloor and Trucksfloor are now part of 91trucks and will benefit from the combined scale and capabilities.
The integration is expected to create a more comprehensive platform for buyers and sellers of commercial vehicles. By combining their strengths, the companies aim to expand reach and build a more robust and data-driven ecosystem for India’s commercial vehicle segment.
Founded in 2022 and based in Gurugram, 91trucks offers information, reviews, and listings for trucks, buses, and three-wheelers. Its services also include dealer connections and financing support. The company is working toward building a full-stack platform covering discovery, financing, insurance, and ownership services.
Indiyanet, founded in 2024 by Kar, operates Motorfloor and Trucksfloor, which help users discover and evaluate commercial vehicles through specifications, features, images, and pricing details. The company claims its platforms have quickly emerged among the top three in India by traffic and volume in this category.
91trucks had raised about USD 5 million in a Series A funding round in May 2025 led by Arkam Ventures, valuing it at around USD 33 million. Indiyanet also secured pre-seed funding earlier this year.
