The digital age has transformed nearly every aspect of life. Whether it’s working out, connecting with friends, or looking for food and wine deals while grocery shopping, many people are turning to digital solutions to add much-needed ease to their busy lives.

Angela Eremia, Product Director at Digital Beverage Group’s Last Bottle Wines, understands the role thoughtful digital experiences play in reducing friction for customers. In the early months of her tenure, she has focused on supporting and refining the company’s e-commerce platforms, working closely with established teams to help Last Bottle Wines continue offering flash wine sales through its online store.

Driving Product with the Digital Beverage Group

Since joining Last Bottle Wines, Eremia has focused on learning the business, its platforms, and its customer base. With a background in product and e-commerce, she has worked alongside cross-functional teams to evaluate platform performance and usability, particularly across the Last Bottle and Last Bubbles mobile apps.

Rather than repositioning strategy wholesale, Eremia has concentrated on incremental improvements, aligning product priorities with existing business goals and identifying opportunities to support conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency as the organization continues to evolve its digital roadmap.

Data-Driven Leadership in E-Commerce

While new to Last Bottle, Eremia brings prior experience in data-driven e-commerce environments. After moving to Northern California in 2014, she worked as an e-commerce search analyst at BloomReach, contributing to efforts to optimize underperforming search queries.

One challenge involved navigating search disruptions during the release of Disney’s Frozen, when unrelated keyword traffic impacted product discovery. By collaborating with internal teams, Eremia helped address the issue and refine search performance. She later contributed to large-scale consumer initiatives, including work connected to the Google Home Mini during the 2017 holiday season.

Enhanced Framework: From Site to Sip

As she transitioned into wine e-commerce, Eremia began familiarizing herself with the regulatory and operational considerations unique to alcohol sales. Working with Last Bottle Wines leadership, she has supported efforts to ensure age-verification, delivery compliance, and platform usability remain aligned.

Her role has centered on helping translate these requirements into practical product considerations, balancing compliance guardrails with a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery.

Thoughtful Leadership, Measured Results

With compliance and operations in view, Eremia has focused on supporting scalable product systems that align with Last Bottle’s daily offers and pricing model. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, testing, and learning, rather than sweeping change. Looking ahead, Eremia continues to build on her experience while contributing to the team’s longer-term goals, including knowledge-sharing and mentorship within product and e-commerce spaces. Early in her tenure, her work reflects a measured, data-informed approach, one aimed at steady progress rather than immediate transformations.
