Paar Autonomy Raises INR 10 Cr Seed Round Led by AdvantEdge Founders

Paar Autonomy, a Bengaluru-based defence and physical AI company, has raised over INR 10 crore in a seed round led by AdvantEdge Founders. The company builds perception payloads and autonomous software for land, air and sea applications, including gyro-stabilised, multi-sensor payloads for day and night vision and on-board AI that lets a platform navigate and finish a mission when GPS and the operator link are jammed. Indian drone makers currently source most of this capability from foreign vendors.

Its products include Sentinel (electro-optic and infrared payloads, from cameras under 55g to 40x-zoom systems), NorthStar (a visual navigation module for GPS-independent course holding) and an on-board AI stack that turns plain-language mission parameters into offline actions. Paar owns its gimbals, electronics design and software source code, which it says meets the Indian IP mandates in the Defence Acquisition Procedure 2026, and works with platform manufacturers and systems integrators across aerial, naval and terrestrial domains.

The funds will go toward serial production of aerial payloads, a dedicated manufacturing and testing facility in Bengaluru, and field validation of NorthStar. Founded in June 2024 by Vignesh Sivaram Jayaraman, formerly Head of Product at Asteria Aerospace, the company has a team with experience at DRDO, Cyient, Asteria Aerospace and Foxconn.

“The real differentiator rests in an unmanned system’s perception and its capacity to execute missions autonomously amid heavy GPS interference and severed communications. Paar was founded to build and own this critical stack locally,” said Vignesh Sivaram Jayaraman, Founder and CEO, Paar Autonomy.

dubdub Raises USD 1.3 Mn Seed Round Led by 3one4 Capital, Antler and Stellaris

dubdub, a swipe-based trivia and puzzle app, has raised USD 1.3 million in an equity seed round led by 3one4 Capital, Antler and Stellaris Venture Partners. The funds will go toward hiring across product and engineering, adding interactive formats and deepening the personalisation of its feed.

Launched in March 2026, dubdub has crossed 20,000 downloads and reports early retention above the top percentile of casual games. Instead of a passive content feed, each swipe asks users to answer, guess, solve, recognise, predict or compete, across more than 20 categories including cricket, Bollywood, pop culture, mythology and logical reasoning. AI tailors challenges to each user, and users can challenge friends and compare scores.

The founders, Kaustubh Priye (CEO) and Supan Shah (CPTO), previously built Aldun, a hospital insurance processing and discharge technology company acquired by Care.Fi, and bring over 30 years of combined experience from Flipkart, Udaan and OnMobile. The company plans to grow into a broader interactive short-form entertainment platform.

“Every swipe should give you a reason to participate, whether you are answering a question, recognising a song, solving a puzzle or challenging a friend,” said Kaustubh Priye, CEO and Co-founder, dubdub.
