AG Poly Packs Pvt. Ltd., a rigid plastic packaging manufacturer with consolidated revenue of around Rs.300 crore in FY26, is merging its wholly owned subsidiary AG Petuela Pvt. Ltd. into the parent company to streamline operations and support future growth.
AG Petuela’s Umbergaon facility in Gujarat has grown its annual revenue from around Rs.18 crore at the time of its acquisition in September 2024 to approximately Rs.48 crore currently. The growth has been driven by capacity expansion, improved utilisation and the integration of the facility’s operations with the group’s technology and processes.
The acquisition also expanded AG Poly Packs’ capabilities in injection stretch blow moulding, stretch blow moulding and multilayer packaging. Injection moulding capacity at the facility has doubled since the acquisition.
The merger follows the earlier consolidation of Midas Poly Packs Pvt. Ltd. into AG Poly Packs. Together, the two mergers bring the group’s manufacturing operations across Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh under a single entity. The company expects the move to simplify compliance, improve working capital management and provide customers and lenders with a unified financial structure.
“Umbergaon shows how we create value: buy the right capability, invest in capacity, and bring it up to group standards,” said Gaurav Daga, Managing Director of AG Poly Packs.
The group has also strengthened its in-house research and development capabilities, established its own tool room to accelerate mould development and sharpened its focus on international markets. Its Project Infinity initiative is expected to contribute around Rs.150 crore in revenue by 2030.
AG Poly Packs is targeting revenue of Rs.750 crore by 2030, driven by organic expansion, new product platforms and selective acquisitions. The company said consolidating its operations under one entity would improve financial flexibility and provide a stronger foundation for funding its next phase of growth.
